Position: Qualified SEND Support Assistant

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Qualified SEND Support Assistant within a reputable educational institution focused on special educational needs.

Qualifications Required:
Do you possess a Level 3 NVQ qualification in Children’s Learning and Development or a comparable certification? Are you adept at providing support to students across various age groups (ages 4 - 18)? Do you excel in both independent and collaborative work environments? Our institution is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to assist students on an individual basis as well as in small groups.

This role involves working with children who have special educational needs, including autism and complex behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting educators with classroom setup
- Providing one-on-one support to students
- Leading small group activities
- Aiding the class teacher with student assessments
