The Legal Administrative Assistant will undertake a range of administrative and clerical duties to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office.
Salary Range: £21,000 - £23,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and organize client files and case-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and compile necessary data.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail and phone inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or in a comparable position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
