**Finance / Administrator **- Permanent Contract to Start ASAP
**Salary**: £26,000pa
Location: Erdington, Birmingham B24
Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 8:45am - 4:45pm, and Friday, 8:45am - 4:15pm
- Experience in s similar role is essential.
- Front of house - Greeting customers & answering the telephone
- Supporting all aspects of the Finance/ Admin department
- Entry of Moffat Invoices (shipments) onto Opera and keeping all related records up to date. Including accurate records of inbound & outbound stock
- Ensuring all Serial Numbers are kept up to date on Sparc.
- General administration duties to support the smooth running of the office.
- Ordering of Stationery
- Updating mailing lists
- Daily back ups
- Data entry
- Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger duties when required.
- Preparation of monthly stock sheets and data entry. Assisting with stock take entering all stock levels accurately.
- Month End Support
- Reporting and Analysis. (reports will be given)
- Ensuring the company is compliant in the following areas:
- **WEEE (**Waste from electrical & electronic equipment) **/Cleanaway**:
- **Extended User Responsibility**:
- **Plastic Tax**:
- Help compiling year end documentation for audit.
- Assisting with new projects and practises
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
