We are excited to offer both Full-Time and Part-Time contracts for Support Practitioners, although please note that we do not have Bank contracts available.

No prior experience in care is necessary to apply, as we are committed to investing in your professional development. Our award-winning learning and development team will provide comprehensive training before you begin your journey with us.

The service operates around the clock, ensuring that individuals receive the support they require at all times. Each person we assist has unique and complex needs, including various disabilities and conditions. Our team is trained to manage these needs effectively, utilizing a Positive Behaviour Support approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate support to individuals in a residential setting.
  • Engage in service-specific training, including CALM, Epilepsy, and Manual Handling.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the individuals.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
