We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time contracts, with opportunities available in various teams, including community outreach and facility-based support.

No prior experience in care is necessary, as we are committed to investing in your professional development. Our award-winning learning and development team will provide comprehensive training before you begin your role.

Key Requirements:

Due to the nature of our services, candidates must possess a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. Travel expenses incurred during shifts will be reimbursed, along with a fuel allowance of 45p per mile.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Support Practitioner, your duties may include:

  • Community Engagement - Supporting individuals in participating in community activities, including outings to leisure facilities such as cinemas, swimming pools, and day centres.
  • Personal Assistance - Aiding individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and well-being, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging medical appointments.
  • Household Support - Assisting clients in managing their living environments by encouraging participation in daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
