Job Description

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Office Service Lead. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee the administration team and provide support to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the administration team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.
  2. Staff Management: Line manage staff and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties.
  3. Service Support: Support the Service Lead and senior leadership team in delivering the service, including providing administrative support and contributing to the development of service strategies.
  4. Business Operations: Provide support for the business management aspects of the service, including data analysis and interpretation, and contributing to the development of business plans.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administration staff, administration processes, and clinical systems that support the running of the service. They will also be responsible for supporting and contributing to the senior leadership team within the service and within the Division, ensuring the service is of high quality and delivered in a timely manner.
