Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service requests, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule PPM visits for the HVAC Engineering division
- Answer inbound calls from clients
- Raising and scheduling jobs
- Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
- Managing KPIs
- Raising purchase orders
Requirements:
- Experience in the HVAC and FM industry
- Previous role held Service coordinator/Helpdesk or similar
- Highly adept in handling inbound calls for customer queries and service requests
- Highly proficient in CAFM systems, MICROSOFT Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Administration responsibilities including filing, preparing documents, receipting, keeping and updating records
What We Offer:
- Basic Salary up to £35,000 DOE
- 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday working hours
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
