The Role: Student Accommodation Team Leader

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Student Accommodation Team Leaders. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of one of our properties and providing a world-class experience for our students.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Student Experience Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring efficient management and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Support student wellbeing by identifying and responding to potential issues in a timely manner.
  • Organize events and activities that promote community building and enhance the student experience.
