Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Operations team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing any issues promptly and safely.
- Think on your feet and adapt to challenges that arise during a busy shift, demonstrating your ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks.
- Support the management team in achieving business objectives and improving customer satisfaction.
