As a Team Leader at Greene King, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Accommodation Office. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
  2. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork
  3. Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
