Student Experience Team Leader
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £26,136 - £29,403 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. The Student Experience Team Leaders operate 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm, with weekend shifts required on a rota basis.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our properties, leading a small team of Student Experience Team Members while actively participating in the operations yourself. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our students enjoy a world-class experience, whether assisting newcomers or collaborating with your team to surpass our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team activities, including task delegation and target setting, while collaborating with the team to achieve objectives.
- Ensure the safety and security of the building and students during your shift, verifying that your team performs necessary checks.
- Facilitate the training and development of team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Guarantee that your team provides a welcoming atmosphere for all students and is accountable for addressing their concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with management and partners to support students' wellbeing in challenging situations.
- Organize events that foster an inclusive community where students can unwind and express themselves.
- Actively drive local sales initiatives to meet specified targets.
