Student Experience Team Leader
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £26,136 - £29,403 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. The Student Experience Team Leaders operate 5 days out of 7, within the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekend shifts will be scheduled on a rota basis.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our properties, engaging in a diverse range of tasks where each day presents new challenges. You will lead a small team of Student Experience Team Members, actively participating to set a positive example. Your primary focus will be to ensure our students enjoy a world-class experience, whether it involves assisting newcomers or collaborating with your team to surpass our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily team activities, including task delegation and target setting, while collaborating with the team to achieve objectives. Ensuring the safety and security of the building and students during your shift, verifying that your team performs necessary checks. Supporting the training and development of team members to help them reach their full potential. Guaranteeing a welcoming environment for all students residing in our building and being accountable for your team's responsiveness to student inquiries. Collaborating with management and partners to assist students' wellbeing in vulnerable or challenging situations. Organizing events to foster an inclusive community where students can unwind and express themselves. Actively driving local sales initiatives to meet specified targets.Ideal Candidate:
Capable of fairly delegating tasks, considering team members' strengths and weaknesses. Diligent and willing to engage alongside your team. A confident individual ready to embark on a leadership journey. Effective communicator, demonstrating active listening and logical expression. Able to maintain composure and focus in challenging or high-pressure situations. Resourceful in finding solutions to new challenges. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Respectful and understanding of diverse cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds.Benefits:
