We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Team Leader to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that our customers receive a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer receives a warm welcome
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence, ensuring that the bar is always safe, legal, and clean
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork
  • Make decisions and take actions to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
