About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Division in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and working closely with our clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with NEC 4 contracts and relevant industry standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and opportunities

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of NEC 4 contracts and relevant industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for construction and delivering high-quality projects
