Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with a strong presence in Scotland. With six operating divisions, the company has a diverse range of services, including Construction, Retail, Fit Out, Small Works, Maintenance, and Manufactured Joinery.

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
