Job Description

**Job Title:** Project Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Planning:** Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • **Site Management:** Line manage site managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project continuity and minimizing delays.
  • **Communication:** Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • **Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • **Health and Safety:** Ensure a safe working environment, conducting regular health and safety audits and implementing measures to prevent accidents.
  • **Commercial Management:** Review and manage project budgets, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
  • **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • **Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of site managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • **Skills:** Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • **Qualifications:** Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
