Job Summary:

AGM Construction Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of construction projects.
  • Site Management: Line manage site managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Collaborate with the SHEQ team to ensure a safe working environment, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Commercial Management: Review and approve project budgets, ensuring accurate costing and financial management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure project delivery.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Lead project calls and meetings, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, collaborating with the SHEQ team to maintain a compliant working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
