Job Summary:

The Search Project is seeking an experienced IT PMO Lead to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a key member of our PMO team, you will be responsible for providing project governance and reporting for our IT portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IT product managers to support them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide project governance and reporting for our IT portfolio, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work in both agile and linear frameworks, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT PMO Lead or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT and Cloud projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at a Senior Leadership Level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Experience working in a similar industry or sector, with a strong understanding of project governance and reporting.
