About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception and Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that our administrative systems and procedures are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our multi-disciplinary team, including managing the reception area, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise and manage the administrative team, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information, staff records, and administrative documents.
Requirements
  • Higher Education qualification (A-Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • IT literate, with experience of using clinical and administrative systems, including EMIS and AccuRx.
  • Proven experience of working in an office environment and managing staff, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a heavy workload.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a patient-centered approach and a professional demeanor.
