Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: Competitive salary of up to £32,000pa

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Contract: Permanent

About The Job:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and organised reception area while supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
