Facilities Management Specialist Needed

As the Facilities Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be overseeing a dedicated team of 3 personnel while ensuring the effective operation of the facilities management system.


Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Updating and maintaining the facilities management system (comprehensive training will be provided)
  • Supervising and mentoring your team to achieve outstanding performance
  • Preparing quotes for various facilities initiatives (training will be provided)
  • Coordinating permits for accessing retail environments
  • Developing monthly schedules for in-house technicians
  • Generating reports to keep all stakeholders informed

To excel in this position, a solid background in retail facilities management and previous supervisory or managerial experience is essential.
