Position Overview

Join our dynamic Business Development Team at White & Case as the Associate Director of Global Client Programs. This pivotal role is designed for a professional eager to make a significant impact in client management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for the Key Client Program that aligns with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to Global Relationship Partners, equipping them with essential tools and insights to foster enduring client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Key Client Relationship Managers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Key Client Program, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives.
  • Establish best practices for client engagement, utilizing industry insights and client feedback to enhance relationships.
  • Monitor program performance metrics, providing analytical reports to senior management and recommending enhancements based on data.
  • Design personalized client service plans to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with key clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate service delivery and identify improvement areas.
  • Act as a primary contact for significant client issues, collaborating with relevant teams for swift resolutions.
  • Promote the integration of client relationship management technologies to enhance operational efficiency and provide insightful analytics.
  • Foster collaboration between the Key Client Program and Global Industry Groups to ensure a unified client service approach.
  • Assist partners in onboarding new strategic client opportunities, including new panel appointments.
  • Lead by example as the business development representative for select Key and/or Priority Clients, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
  • Support the design and implementation of the Voice of the Client program, ensuring insights are utilized within the Key and Priority Client programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in client relationship management or business development, preferably within a global law firm or professional services environment.
