About the Team: The FIS Sales Team is dedicated to delivering impactful Banking & Payments solutions. We provide a comprehensive range of front-to-back solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs.
Your Role Includes:
- Positioning and promoting solutions and/or services tailored to various sectors.
- Overseeing the sales process, which includes attending meetings, qualifying opportunities, training sales personnel, and presenting insights to executive leadership.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new clients and key industry players.
- Establishing a network of potential clients, initiating contact to market targeted products and/or services.
- Exhibiting a deep understanding of industry challenges and the competitive landscape, providing insights to the strategy team.
- Creating and maintaining a robust revenue pipeline, showcasing quarterly growth through significant activities such as calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborating closely with Line of Business solutions managers to ensure our offerings align with market demands and influence product roadmaps.
- Preparing and delivering proposals to clients utilizing company resources and tools.
- Assisting in negotiations, structuring, and finalizing agreements that meet client expectations and the company's capabilities.
- Partnering with the Growth Office Transformation and Acceleration team to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
- Contributing to the development of marketing messaging and positioning, agreeing on campaign strategies, and evaluating lead generation from initiatives.
- Providing a holistic, solution-oriented approach and engaging presales after qualifying key opportunities to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience with substantial subject matter expertise.
- Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and maintaining self-motivation.
- Established relationships within key industry institutions.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and building effective relationships across all management levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FIS products and services, as well as competitive offerings.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience utilizing professional social media tools for prospecting.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess client business needs and requirements.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and/or similar CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
