About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to lead our global accounts team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders across our clients' portfolios and within our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead across two global accounts: a B2B account in a specialized industry and a Private Medical Insurance client for high net-worth individuals.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across the brands in the clients' portfolios and within our agency.
  • Work alongside other Publicis Groupe partners to undertake a highly client-facing and commercial role encompassing client and account management, business development, solutions, and strategic selling, and project delivery.
  • Drive a culture of customer-centric creativity within the agency and client team, connecting the work we do with other agency and Groupe partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand building communications in a digital environment.
  • Experience in writing strategic proposals in answer to client briefs and proactively.
  • Able to work fast and use flexible thinking while leading and managing an account team.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with data and how insight can be used to drive our clients' businesses.
