We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent at The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and manage their reservations
  • Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
