We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Standard Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures, and delivering an unparalleled level of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- 1+ years of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a similar hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
- Flexibility with working hours, including shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with Opera PMS is beneficial, but full training will be provided
