Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Hotel 41 in London, Victoria. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests according to the law and the hotel and company standards.
  • Engage with guests in the lounge, obtaining feedback from in-house and departing guests.
  • Actively look and carry out special requests for every guest during their stay.
  • Perform all administrative duties including inbox management and updating guests' reservations with information relevant to their stay.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel receptionist experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
