Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and friendly service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - A strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.
