Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Check in and out guests while delivering outstanding levels of service.
- Manage requests and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Compile guests' accounts and fulfill administrative duties.
