Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Dorchester Collection. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a hotel ambassador, showcasing our hotel's amenities and services to guests during the check-in process.
  • Conduct daily duties in an efficient and timely manner, including upselling and ensuring that reservations instructions are being followed.
  • Fulfill special requests and handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you must be able to communicate comfortably in this language.
