Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Provide personalized service and attention to detail, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, taking a proactive approach to ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in using hotel software systems.
- Full training provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
