Job Overview:

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Project Manager to oversee and drive Salesforce initiatives at FalconSmartIT. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing Salesforce projects and will be instrumental in ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce project lifecycles from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with various stages of development, quality assurance, integration, data migration, deployment, and implementation.
  • Exhibit expertise in change management methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA and Azure pipeline to enhance project tracking and collaboration.
  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct project estimation, manage team dynamics, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and scrum practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Adhere to Salesforce Best Practices to optimize project outcomes.
  • Oversee quality assurance practices, ensuring thorough management and review processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work, nurture client relationships, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Consistently achieve high-quality results within established timelines and budget constraints.
