We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture at our award-winning healthcare provider. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations (ER) issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Key responsibilities include conducting investigations into ER matters, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD level 3 qualification, a minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations, and strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
