HR Administrator

Become a key member of our HR team at The New Homes Group, a leading new homes specialist in the UK. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR Assistants, ensuring a high standard of service to our employees and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist with all aspects of the HR department, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Provide support to the HR Manager and Group Finance Director, including ad-hoc duties and projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate the management of our fleet department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Obtain satisfactory references from previous employers and respond to reference requests for previous employees.
- Monitor staff probationary periods, notifying line managers of actions required and providing relevant documentation.
- Coordinate sick leave data, facilitate back-to-work interviews, and provide relevant documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial crime and health and safety requirements for all employees.
- Adhere to company policies, including money laundering guidelines, data protection policy, and anti-bribery program.
- A team player with a motivational and proactive approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A flexible approach with the ability to prioritize work accordingly.
- Previous experience in a HR environment is an advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal, and presentation skills.
