Role Overview:

The Nexus Operations Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Nexus team. This involves providing exceptional support to the team, driving the interview process, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer.
  • Communicate effectively with the Nexus Management team.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager regarding new positions.
  • Conduct telephone interviews and competency interviews.
  • Relay job information to applicants.
  • Keep candidates' files up to date.
  • Advertise all vacancies via relevant job boards.
  • Conduct pre-screening of all candidates and conduct interviews over the phone.
  • Perform CV scraping.
  • Build good relationships with individuals at all levels within the business.
  • Respond timely to all candidates and provide a positive impression during the application process.
  • Assist with recruitment events.
  • Ensure 'touch points' are met for an exceptional candidate journey.
  • Take minutes for all formal meetings.
  • Support BDMs with uploading team members 1-2-1s into HR portal and coaching/training logs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a challenging environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
