Job Overview

Role: Nexus Operations Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to the Nexus operating goals and branch network
  • Recruit suitable team members to ensure smooth running of Nexus team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding company brand values and core beliefs

Main Duties:

  • Drive the interview process and offer process for candidates
  • Communicate effectively with Nexus Management team
  • Liaise with Operations Manager regarding new positions
  • Conduct telephone and competency interviews
  • Relay job information to applicants and keep candidate files up to date
  • Advertise vacancies via relevant job boards and conduct pre-screening of candidates
  • Build relationships with individuals at all levels within the business
  • Respond timely to candidates and provide an exceptional candidate journey
  • Assist with recruitment events and take minutes for formal meetings

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support BDMs with uploading team members 1-2-1s into HR portal and coaching/training logs
  • Assist with branch administration duties and data capture as required

Requirements:

Location: Spicerhaart, Colwyn House, Sheepen Place, Colchester, CO3 3LD

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm with flexibility to cover 11:00am to 8:00pm and occasional Saturdays for recruitment events
