Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and efficient professional to join our team as a Nexus Operations Support specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-touch experiences for every candidate from application stage to offer, driving the interview process and offer process. This will involve communicating effectively with the Nexus Management team, liaising with the Operations Manager regarding new positions, and conducting telephone interviews and competency interviews.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for relaying job information to applicants, keeping candidates' files up to date, and advertising all vacancies via relevant job boards. Additionally, they will conduct pre-screening of all candidates, assist with recruitment events, and ensure 'touch points' are met for an exceptional candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate
- Communicate effectively with the Nexus Management team

Requirements:
