HR Administrator Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with recruitment, and perform various HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely HR administration support to the HR team and business.
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist with contracts and offer letters, ensuring they are sent out when requested.
  • Attend meetings and take notes as required.
  • Organize training, set up training rooms, and maintain the internal training matrix and portal.
  • Perform onboarding administration tasks set by the HR Manager.
  • Contact candidates to arrange interviews via phone and email.
  • Respond to general inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR admin/recruitment admin role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and remain self-motivated.
  • Must be a car driver due to the location.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and taking the initiative to ensure tasks are complete on time to a high standard.
  • Experience using MS Office systems.
