HR Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with recruitment, and perform various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely HR administration support to the HR team and business.
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Assist with contracts and offer letters, ensuring they are sent out when requested.
- Attend meetings and take notes as required.
- Organize training, set up training rooms, and maintain the internal training matrix and portal.
- Perform onboarding administration tasks set by the HR Manager.
- Contact candidates to arrange interviews via phone and email.
- Respond to general inquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a HR admin/recruitment admin role is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and remain self-motivated.
- Must be a car driver due to the location.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and taking the initiative to ensure tasks are complete on time to a high standard.
- Experience using MS Office systems.
