As a Customer Care Representative, you will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday (between 9am and 6pm) with occasional Saturday shifts. Full-time roles consist of 37.5 hours per week, while part-time roles offer approximately 20 hours. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. We offer a base salary of £23,400 per annum for full-time hours, with pro-rata adjustments for part-time hours, along with a generous quarterly bonus that can elevate your earnings to £27,400 annually for full-time employees.

You will undergo a thorough 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training program designed to equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our existing clients through phone and email communications, requiring keen attention to detail, quick learning abilities, and a positive demeanor.
  • Effectively handle high volumes of calls in a fast-paced contact center, consistently meeting and surpassing performance KPIs and targets.
