About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Harmonize Care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals and social care teams to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in care planning and review to ensure that clients' needs are met and their care is tailored to their individual requirements.
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (due to the location of our clients).
  • Kind and compassionate nature, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
