We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team at Cera Care. As a Care Worker, you will provide care to our clients in the Colchester area, supporting individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with tracheostomy, ventilator, and oxygen management
  • Providing oral suctioning, PEG, and JEJ medication and feeding
  • Moving and handling clients with care and dignity
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably with individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts
