We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team at Cera Care. As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the Colchester area, supporting individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with tracheostomy care, ventilator and oxygen management, oral suctioning, PEG and JEJ medication and feeding, and personal care.
  • Providing moving and handling support to ensure the client's safety and comfort.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, either personal or professional, is required.
  • A DBS check and references will be necessary for this role.
  • The Right to Work in the UK is also a requirement.
