As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care, supporting our clients with daily living activities, and promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including the use of hoists and slings.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the Complex Care Lead Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
- NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
- NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
- Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
- Diploma in relevant health/social subject.
- Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
- Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.
Competitive rates £16 per hour
Bank, Weekdays, Weekends
