As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care, supporting our clients with daily living activities, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including the use of hoists and slings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the Complex Care Lead Nurse.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
  • NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
  • Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
  • Diploma in relevant health/social subject.
  • Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
  • Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.
