About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Harmonize Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with household chores
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers, and providing safe and dignified care
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (due to the location of our clients)
  • Kind and compassionate nature, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
