At IG, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their accounting needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of management accounts and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assistance with tax compliance work, including preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.
- Supporting client managers with portfolio management, including analysis and interpretation of financial data.
- Supporting clients with the transition to cloud accounting, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Supervising and supporting colleagues who are studying towards their qualifications, providing guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
- ACA and ACCA Qualified or Part-qualified, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience working in practice, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial information, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with experience using Xero (desirable).
