Role Overview

In this dynamic position, you will oversee one of our most prominent locations, spearheading sales initiatives and key performance indicators through an exceptional team.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an unparalleled level of personalized service to our clientele, utilizing your extensive product and brand knowledge to inspire and surpass customer expectations. A genuine enthusiasm for our offerings and a commitment to providing a world-class client experience are essential. You will mentor and elevate our team towards excellence, ensuring adherence to brand standards and the completion of all operational responsibilities.

  • Deliver a premium shopping experience to all customers, showcasing superior product knowledge and expertise.
  • Confidently make recommendations to meet sales objectives and targets.
  • Drive individual and team performance, taking accountability for achieving personal sales results and KPIs.
  • Exhibit a passion for the industry and stay informed on current trends.
  • Proactively enhance your own product knowledge through brand resources, educational materials, and training sessions.
  • Engage clients proactively to foster customer loyalty.
  • Communicate with clients regarding new collections, products, and in-store events.
  • Organize and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store and brand teams.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the store.
  • Uphold exceptional personal grooming standards in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and other operational tasks.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by positively promoting our products and company image.
  • Lead by example to support and mentor the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the store management team.
  • Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Contribute as a team player, participating in all activities to achieve store objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Champion our company culture and values.

Candidate Qualifications

All candidates must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience leading a team in a retail setting.
  • Background in luxury retail or tailoring is preferred.
  • Positive and motivational mindset, skilled in driving team performance.
  • A collaborative team player, capable of identifying and nurturing talent within the team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient and resourceful.
