Position: Sales Associate Location: Birmingham City Centre Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Role Responsibilities
  • Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Guiding customers in their purchasing decisions with expertise
  • Aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Exhibiting comprehensive product knowledge
  • Engaging in personalized sales interactions
  • Maximizing opportunities for additional sales through product recommendations

The ideal candidates will possess experience in the jewellery, watch, or high-end luxury retail sectors. A consultative sales approach, results-driven mindset, eagerness to learn about new offerings, and an understanding of the emotional significance of luxury purchases are essential. Candidates should be empathetic, good listeners, team-oriented, and available for weekend shifts.

This is a full-time role, comprising 37.5 hours per week, with weekend availability required. In addition to the competitive salary, the company provides a range of benefits.
