We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at a prestigious luxury independent jewellery store in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, aiding customers in purchasing decisions, and working towards sales targets. You will be responsible for demonstrating thorough product knowledge, maximising sales opportunities, and contributing to the customer experience journey.

The ideal candidate will have a background working within Jewellery and Watches or another high-end luxury retail environment, with a consultative retail background and a 1-2-1 sales type focus. You will be driven by a targeted environment, willing to learn about new products, and empathetic with great listening skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, and additional benefits. If you are a team player with a passion for luxury retail, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Background working within Jewellery and Watches or another high-end luxury retail environment

  • Team player
  • Able to commit to an in-store role based in Birmingham City Centre requiring weekend work
