Shift Pattern - 2 Hours Thursday and 3 Hours Saturday

DCK Group is a leading fashion jewellery company, working with renowned retailers and high street fashion brands. Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

In return, we offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.44

* Free jewellery - £25-£55 per month

* Flexible working hours - work at times that suit you

* No weekend working

You will be based in Birmingham and may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

We are seeking individuals who are available to start as soon as possible. As a Retail Assistant, you will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

Key tasks include:

  • Merchandising our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Putting out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards
  • Setting up promotional activities
  • Working with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Please note that the Christmas period is our busiest time, and we cannot authorise any leave in December.

Requirements:

We require:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in fashion brands
  • Sales and retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
